The widow in "The College Widow"
Dorothy Tennant was born July 10, 1865 in San Francisco, California. Best known for her stage career, she also played a few small roles in film. She was in Seattle three times - twice in 1906 for productions of "The College Widow" and in 1908 for a production of "My Wife." In 1906, the "Seattle Times" reported on her accidentally invading a men's club and being accepted by the men who frequented it. She died on July 3, 1942 in West Palm Beach, Florida.
